About Our Doctors

Dr. Judy Downs, Veterinary Clinic in  Fairfax, VA

Dr. Judy Downs

Dr. Downs is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She has been in active clinical practice for more than 25 years, specializing in cats and dogs.

She purchased Little River Veterinary Clinic in 1997 after 10 years in practice and has particular interest in surgery, ultrasound and behavioral medicine. Dr Downs is the mother of two children and her pet family at home includes 1 dog, 1 cat and 1 bird.

Awards/Recognition

As the program Co-chair for the DC Academy of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Downs is committed to advancing continuing education for more than 600 practicing veterinarians in the Virginia, Maryland and DC area.

She is adjunct professor for the NVCC (Northern Virginia Community College)Veterinary Ttechnician program and is on the oversight committee for the Sanford-Brown Veterinary Technician program in McLean, Virginia.

Dr. Sandra Marshall, Veterinary Clinic in  Fairfax, VA

Dr. Marshall received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University and her veterinary degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined Little River Veterinary Clinic in 2003 and enjoys horseback riding and her three cats, Griffin, Booger, and Cornell.

Dr. Jiyou Park, Veterinary Clinic in Fairfax, VA

Dr. Jiyou Park

Dr. Park received her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Korea. She received her veterinary degree from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. She moved to northern Virginia after graduation and joined Little River Veterinary Clinic in 2009. Dr Park is fluent in Korean and enjoys traveling with her family and two dogs, Buja and Kamji.
